Seasonal peppermint sundae and it was AMAZING!! I love that they have mini sizes now, I would rarely get their sundaes because they are so big! But the mini size is perfect for one or even to share!
The contrast of the hot and cold was nice! The fudge really compliments the icecream because it's denser and has more texture. Whipped cream on top balances it out with the lightless of it. Staff was super friendly and the location makes you feel like you're in the SF location. Going on a week day had no lines! If you're looking for a cute spot that gives you old time vibes, this place won't disappoint. Besides the sundaes, they have mini chocolates that you can mix and match different flavors! The mini sundae was $13 so expect to pay a bit more here for the icecream, but a very classic flavor!
My July visit was dreamy!!! I looooove Ghirardelli!! The smell... wonderfully delicious! The service... patient and helpful! The location... lync promenade End... Ice cream delivered. Devoured! Never a disappointment!!
My friend was craving ice cream and we found this great ice cream place. Unfortunately I can't have ice cream. My friend definitely liked the scoop she got. It's very rich and flavorful. They also have candy that I can have and enjoy.

Can you imagine a Ghirardelli hot fudge sundae? This place is chocolate paradise! All the sundaes are made with handmade hot fudge that is made fresh daily. This is definitely the place to Indulge in the ultimate chocolate experience. Not only do they make all types of sundaes but you can buy their signature chocolate Squares, bars, baking, gifts and more. They don't have much of a seating area and the line was out the door. The staff were super friendly and did a great job keeping the line moving. They also have free water and cups in the corner of the store.
The first time I had Ghirardelli ice cream was at Disney world Orlando. Every trip to Disney, we would all order our favorite ice cream flavor. We're on the monorail and I see the Ghirardelli sign? My wife says, look! And we hop off the monorail. Walking inside, you instantly get hit with a wonderful chocolate smell. As we wait on line there are many chocolate flavors to choose from. The cashier calls us over and I said Rocky Road please. She asked how would you like it? In a hot fudge sundae please. Now my wife is saying, did you ever study for a math test and flunk? That's what happened today. We were all set for Rocky Road but was served Vanilla. No one orders vanilla at Ghirardelli! Even though it's vanilla, look at my picture. That hot fudge sundae could be the Mona Lisa! Soooo good! Even though lovin' you is wrong, I don't wanna be right. Best ice cream ever!
Banana Split [Las Vegas NV] I've not had a banana split ice cream in a long time so we ordered one to share. Instead of the usual vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate ice creams the vanilla was replaced with pineapple sauce (crushed pineapple). Won't be complete without the hot fudge with a banana and topped with whipped cream, diced almonds, and a cherry. This Ghirardelli sweet shop is located at the The Linq Promenade) on Linq Lane on the Strip (where the High Roller Wheel is at). Elsewhere, if visiting California, they have a Ghirardelli in Monterey, San Francisco (of course) and an Outlet in Lathrop (just something to think about) ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Like all Ghirardelli shops they sell an assortment of chocolate squares where you can mix and match and create your own chocolate mix. They have gift boxes and gift tins too... and, of course, ice cream! These are gourmet custom chocolates and they are delicious. Review #3413
